Whether it is a current doctor or a new office, if you choose our laboratory to partner with both our production and general manager will visit each office at the start of the contract to personally take the doctors' preferences, to help ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
 
At DFF our management team has put into place an extensive Quality Control Procedure and each manager personally reviews and guarantees every single case their department produces for you.  At DFF we are committed to the highest level of customer service and to help achieve this, your doctors will be assigned an account manager who will be able to assist your offices needs with just one phone cal.  To assist with communication and to make sure we are performing to your expectations, we will guarantee that our management team will work closely with your managers and will welcome him or her to our lab as often as they would like.
